Team Durango
Hi there! Welcome to Team Durango! Our team will be participating in the Family 5K presented by Pretty Bras for Nursing Moms on August 31st, in Durango, CO! We're asking each team member to work towards a fundraising goal of $200 that will benefit Best for Babes and Breastfeeding USA -- two amazing organizations helping to Beat the Booby Traps® and make individualized support for more moms available! This year, they have teamed up for National Breastfeeding Month to create Team We've Got Your Back, Babe -- the first nationwide fitness challenge to urge America to back breastfeeding and get out and sweat for the love of mams & babies! Team Durango is proud to be a part of this inaugural event.
If you're unable to participate in the Durango 5k, but would still like to be a part of the Team WGYBB event, you can! Choose any fitness goal you like...swim, bike, run, walk, golf, yoga, whatever...do it alone, or grab some friends to join this team with you and do it together! Just be sure that your goal is met on or before October 31, 2013 and that your $200 fundraising goal is met by then too! That's it. Once you have registered and created your personal fundraising page, Best for Babes and Breastfeeding USA will take care of the rest: the motivation, the swag, the cool tshirt, the celebrity cheerleading! YOU ARE MAKING HISTORY!
